Positive: The hotel itself was great — the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent as well, with plenty of choice and fresh options. Overall, both the service and the atmosphere made the stay really enjoyable.
Negative: The food at the restaurant was insanely expensive — honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was the first time in my life I saw a burger priced at 32 euros. For what it was, the quality didn’t even come close to justifying the cost. In the end, we decided it wasn’t worth it and drove all the way to Marbella, about 45 minutes away, just to find something more reasonable. Overall, the prices were completely out of proportion to the quality of the food and the experience.
Summary: Great stay overall, but the restaurant food was far too expensive — breakfast was the only exception

Positive: Outstanding service, beautiful sea-view room, and amazing facilities (especially the pools and loungers). The food was excellent — highlights were the wagyu bao bun and hispi cabbage — and the breakfast was truly exceptional. Great atmosphere with friendly staff, valet parking (incl. EV charging), and helpful communication via WhatsApp.
Negative: Food and drink prices are on the higher side. Music is played all day, which we liked, but it could be too loud for those seeking quiet rest.
Summary: An unforgettable, luxurious stay with top-notch service, stunning views, and one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had —

Positive: Beautiful new OKU location in the typical OKU style. Even though this hotel is a older facility renovated it looks great, stylish, pleasant for the eye and just beautiful also in the details. Breakfast is amazing! The pools are nice, one only for adults, lots of space to relax around the pools and well equipped large gym. Great to relax for a couple of days, ideally out of peak season.
Negative: There are 3 restaurants, unfortunately non of them really local Spanish cuisine, all more fancy Asian fusion and quite expansive. Dinner Menue for 2 with one drink 200€ seemed a bit overpriced for what you get. A bit less shishi regional style option would be nice. The beach is a few minutes to walk down the road and ok but not very comfortable to stay there.

Positive: Beautiful property, peaceful and staff extremely helpful. They provided us with an incredible room upgrade for our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise to arrive to. Staff very attentive. Pool bar staff were amazing throughout our stay, and our experience of the terrace restaurant was incredible. The beach is very untouched which we enjoyed. Small amount of beds which advertises payment, however if you stay at the hotel you can use for free.
Negative: The Kima restaurant, which I think services the half board option too, was extremely busy and very disorganised the one evening we went there. We waited 30 minutes for a table and wasn’t even offered a drink whilst we waited. They did quickly rectify, but the experience in that restaurant stood out so much in comparison to our experiences at both of the others. We tried to set menu at the Teyo restaurant, which I was disappointed by. We thought it would be a good way to taste the showcase of the whole offering, but it wasn’t to our taste. I don’t think the balance is quite there as all the dishes were very rich. It’s not on them, that was just our personal preference.
Summary: A beautiful hotel, and would return for a short break again!

Positive: Beautiful new hotel with amazing architecture and decor. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning and the breakfast is great. One of the best breakfast buffets I‘ve ever seen in a hotel with everything you could possibly think of. And we‘ve been to a lot of beautiful places. The restaurant Teyo has really amazing food too and the drinks at the bar are also very good.
Negative: The beachclub is not finished yet and the beach itself is not really nice. Dark sand and a lot of jellyfish. Food and drinks are quite pricey.
